OUR MISSION
GIVING BACK THROUGH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: A PERSONAL MISSION
Cancer has deeply impacted my life. In early 2024, I lost my mother to a form of blood cancer. Many of her siblings—my aunts and uncles—also succumbed to cancer, as did her mother, my grandmother. Now, I am walking this same path as a cancer patient myself.
Since 2019, I have undergone surgeries, biopsies, and continue to receive treatment. I feel fortunate to live in an era where significant advances in cancer care exist, but I know there is still more to be done. Too many lives are still being lost to this disease.
Grateful for the progress in cancer research, I want to contribute to finding cures for all types of cancer. As I officially launch MPM Malferrari Property Management LLC, I am committed to donating 8% of the company’s annual profits to the National Foundation for Cancer Research. This contribution is my way of supporting the breakthroughs that can save more lives.
Since 2002, I’ve worked as a home remodeler, since 2006 as real estate agent then broker, and since 2013 as a licensed builder. In 2016, I started managing properties, treating property management not so much as a business, but as a service for a few select clients. Now, I’m formalizing this work into MPM Malferrari Property Management LLC—a business dedicated not only to excellent service but also to supporting life-saving cancer research.
My hope is to live through my cancer treatments, not just to continue my work, but to give back more. This company represents both my livelihood and my mission to give back. Watch the video below to learn more about my journey and mission.
